If there is a discrepancy between the Website information and the actual product, the actual product and our written confirmation shall prevail.
3.2 B2B Users may place orders through the Website or by contacting our customer service. An order shall be deemed confirmed only after we issue a written order confirmation (via email or other agreed channels), which specifies the product details, quantity, price, delivery time, and payment terms. The order confirmation shall form a binding contract between you and us.

4.2 The risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier (for international shipping) or upon your receipt of the products (for domestic shipping). You shall be responsible for inspecting the products upon receipt and notifying us of any damage, shortage, or defect within 3 working days of receipt. Failure to notify us within this period shall be deemed that the products are received in good condition.
5. Returns and After-Sales Service
5.1 Due to the nature of B2B wholesale and customized products, returns and exchanges are only accepted in the following cases: (a) the products are defective in quality or do not conform to the order specifications; (b) the products are damaged during transportation (subject to valid proof such as shipping documents and photos).

We will review your application and notify you of the processing result within 5 working days. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
5.3 Customized products (made according to your specific requirements) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a quality defect caused by our negligence.

9.3 Sections 6 (Intellectual Property Rights), 7 (Limitation of Liability), 8 (Indemnification), 10 (Governing Law), and 11 (Miscellaneous) shall survive the termination of these Terms.
