This shipping policy applies to all international wholesale orders, custom wall clock products, and B2B cooperation. It clarifies the transportation-related matters between both parties to avoid potential disputes.

1. Scope of Application

1.1 This policy applies to all international wholesale orders of Jinshisheng, including the export transportation of high-end iron art wall clocks, luxury decorative wall clocks, and custom-made timepieces. It is applicable to overseas B2B customers, engineering procurement, and bulk order cooperation.
1.2 This policy does not apply to domestic orders within China (delivery address is within the territory of China); relevant transportation matters for domestic orders shall be separately negotiated by both parties.

2. Transportation Methods & Selection

2.1 We provide three main international transportation methods for customers to choose according to their needs:
  • Maritime Shipping: Suitable for large-volume orders, bulk goods, or heavy products. It has the advantages of low transportation cost and stable transportation, and the estimated delivery time is 18-45 days (including customs clearance buffer period).
  • Air Freight: Suitable for small-batch, urgent orders. It has the advantage of fast speed, and the estimated delivery time is 5-10 days (including customs clearance).
  • International Express: Suitable for sample orders, small-batch orders, or urgent small orders (such as DHL, FedEx). The estimated delivery time is 3-7 days, with fast speed and high cost.
2.2 If the customer has special requirements for the transportation method (such as specifying a logistics provider), please inform us in advance, and we will cooperate to arrange the corresponding transportation services.

3. Transportation Costs

3.1 The transportation cost includes freight, warehousing fee, packaging fee, and export customs declaration fee, excluding import customs duties, taxes, and local delivery fees in the destination country (borne by the customer).
3.2 The transportation cost is calculated based on the transportation method, product weight, volume, and destination country. The specific amount will be clearly listed in the order confirmation, and there will be no hidden fees.
3.3 If the transportation cost increases due to fluctuations in international logistics prices, fuel surcharges, or changes in destination policies, we will notify the customer in advance and negotiate the cost adjustment.

4. Delivery & Transportation Timeframe

4.1 Delivery Time: After the production cycle specified in the order confirmation is completed, we will finish packaging and customs declaration within 3-5 working days and arrange shipment. The actual shipping time shall be subject to the logistics provider’s pickup time (a 2-3 day buffer period is added to avoid disputes caused by production or packaging delays).
4.2 Estimated Transportation Timeframe (including customs clearance buffer period):
  • Maritime Shipping: 18-45 days (subject to port congestion and customs clearance speed)
  • Air Freight: 5-10 days (subject to flight delays and customs inspection)
  • International Express: 3-7 days (subject to customs clearance and delivery efficiency)
4.3 Disclaimer: The above timeframes are only estimated references provided by the logistics provider, not a firm commitment. We shall not be liable for transportation delays caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, epidemics), port congestion, customs policy changes, or customer’s failure to provide required information in a timely manner.

5. Packaging & Goods Protection

5.1 According to the characteristics of iron art wall clocks (fragile metal materials), we use professional export packaging (foam wrapping, hard cartons, wooden pallets), which is moisture-proof, shock-proof, and scratch-proof to ensure that the goods are not easily damaged during transportation.
5.2 If the customer has special requirements for packaging (such as reinforced packaging, custom packaging), please inform us in advance, and the relevant packaging costs shall be borne by the customer.
5.3 If the goods are damaged due to improper packaging (excluding customer-specified packaging), we will be liable for compensation; if the damage is caused by logistics transportation or force majeure, we will assist the customer in claiming compensation from the logistics provider.

6. Customs Clearance

6.1 Export Customs Clearance: We are responsible for completing the export customs clearance procedures. The customer shall cooperate to provide true, accurate, and complete documents (such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading).
6.2 Import Customs Clearance: The customer is responsible for completing the import customs clearance procedures of the destination country, including paying relevant taxes and fees, and cooperating with customs inspection. If the customs clearance is delayed or failed due to the customer’s reasons, the customer shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and costs.

7. Risk Transfer

7.1 The risk of damage, loss, or shortage of goods shall be transferred to the customer after the logistics provider picks up the goods and issues a formal waybill.
7.2 Before the goods are picked up by the logistics provider, the risk of the goods shall be borne by us. If the goods are damaged or lost due to our reasons (such as improper packaging, delivery errors), we will be liable for compensation.

8. Abnormal Handling

8.1 If the goods are delayed, damaged, lost, or short-delivered during transportation, the customer shall notify us within 3 working days and provide relevant supporting documents (such as photos of damaged goods, logistics records). We will assist the customer in negotiating with the logistics provider for claims.
8.2 If the transportation is affected due to force majeure factors, both parties shall negotiate a solution (such as delaying delivery, canceling the order, etc.) based on the actual situation.

9. Force Majeure

Force majeure includes natural disasters, wars, strikes, epidemics, port closures, changes in customs policies, and other unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable events. If force majeure affects transportation, neither party shall be liable for breach of contract, and both parties shall negotiate a solution based on the actual situation.
