Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope of Application

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products related to Jinshisheng iron art wall clocks, covering all cooperation scenarios such as B2B wholesale, engineering procurement, and personal retail. It only applies to eligible return and refund situations, excluding customized products (except for quality problems caused by our party).
 

2. Eligible Scenarios for Return & Refund

  • The product has quality defects (such as material problems, craftsmanship flaws, or movement failures) that make it unusable, and it is not caused by human factors or force majeure;
  • The received product is seriously inconsistent with the order agreement (model, specification, style), and it is not caused by the customer’s wrong requirements;
  • The product is damaged during transportation due to our improper packaging or logistics operation errors;
  • We fail to deliver the goods within the agreed time without reasonable reasons (excluding force majeure).
 

3. Ineligible Scenarios for Return & Refund

  • Customized products (including customized sizes, customized appearances, etc.), once produced, cannot be returned or refunded;
  • The product has no quality problems, but the customer applies for return due to changes in their own needs (such as decoration style adjustment, order cancellation);
  • The product is damaged due to the customer’s improper use, man-made damage, or force majeure factors (natural disasters, wars, logistics accidents, etc.);
  • The product has been unpacked, used, or damaged due to the customer’s own reasons;
  • The customer provides incorrect information (such as wrong address, wrong specification requirements) leading to product inconsistency.
 

4. Return & Refund Process

  1. Within 3 working days after receiving the product, the customer shall contact us via the official email and provide clear proof (such as problem photos, logistics documents, etc.) to explain the reason for return and refund;
  2. We will review the application within 3 working days and notify the customer of the review result;
  3. If the return is approved, the customer shall return the product in the original packaging within 7 working days. The shipping cost for return shall be borne by the responsible party (borne by us if it is our fault, otherwise borne by the customer);
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned product (confirming no man-made damage or excessive use), we will complete the refund within 3-5 working days. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the corresponding loss, logistics and packaging costs from the actual payment amount;
  5. If the customer fails to return the product within the specified time or the returned product is damaged due to the customer’s reasons, we have the right to refuse the return and refund.
 

5. Refund Instructions

  • Refund Amount: It will be calculated based on the actual payment amount of the customer, deducting the consumed costs (logistics, packaging, depreciation, etc.);
  • Refund Method: It will be returned according to the customer’s original payment method, and the arrival time depends on the settlement cycle of the payment platform;
  • If the product has quality problems, the full amount will be refunded (including the shipping fee paid by the customer); if it is a non-quality problem that meets the return conditions, only the product payment will be refunded, and the shipping and packaging fees will not be refunded.
